Items in stock generally leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.  Depending on the shipping method, the shipping speed is between 2-7 business days. 

If an item is on Pre-Order, you will be contacted with the expected ship date as each manufacturer and item is different.  

In store pick-ups can be picked up during regular store hours, same day if the item is in stock.

Please bring a copy of your order (paper or digital) to the store for fastest service.
